I’m Michelle Starr

I'm a Speaker, Author, and Transformational Coach, who helps Chief Functional Officers and their teams improve overall organizational health, such as enhancing team cohesion, boosting productivity, and fostering innovation by showing effective collaboration in their companies for ALL EMPLOYEES.

I've been a guest speaker at the TEDxCherryCreek and TEDxPrincetonCitySchools events talking about organizational health and how empowering all employees can restore our energy. I've worked with some of the most brilliant minds in the Consumer Goods and Aerospace industry.

I've also helped many groups advocate for themselves in the workplace—and now I'm focusing my work on generating revenue.

My book “Be Brown Brave (Guide to Supporting Women of ALL Color in the Workplace)” discusses the importance of collaboration for companies. It shows how senior leaders can overcome everyone’s unique perspectives and work well with others to create a stable and beneficial workforce, elevate their company's performance, AND build better communities!

I would like to see the statistics on senior-level positions held in America to report an image that’s representative of America by 2033. I am committed to speaking on this daily to as many as possible. This mission will impact ALL EMPLOYEES and business leaders to where they no longer have to monitor and measure their actions to purposely manage human resource anxiety. We all will become conscious enough to collaborate effectively. When we achieve this at work, we can transfer this learning into our personal lives.

I live in Cincinnati, Ohio, with my husband of twenty-five years and a young adult son. I love spending time with family and reading classics.
